Delete your Piano AI account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Piano AI account, what data will be removed, and what (if anything) is retained — as required by Laminin Ltd and Google Play Store policy.

How to Delete Your Account

    Open Piano AI

    Launch the app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in.

    Go to Settings

    Tap the ⚙ Settings icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.

    Open Account Settings

    Tap Account Settings under the Account section.

    Tap "Delete Account"

    Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom of the page and tap Delete Account.

    Confirm twice

    You will be asked to confirm the deletion in two separate dialogs. Once confirmed, your account is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

What data is deleted & what is kept

Required by financial regulations
Anonymised aggregate analytics Retained indefinitely
No personal identifiers
Financial record retention: Stripe payment receipts and invoice records are retained for 7 years to comply with UK financial and tax regulations (HMRC requirements under the Companies Act 2006). These records contain only transaction metadata (amount, date, Stripe customer ID) and are not linked back to any active user account after deletion.
